The Porsche Center is located at the intersection of the MKAD and Rublevsky highways in close proximity to the most luxurious and prestigious districts of Moscow. This part in the west of Moscow and various luxury settlements along Rublevsky Highway have long been the most prestigious part of the city with the highest concentration of wealth. Due to its prestigious status most retail shops, restaurants, sports clubs and other establishments offer exclusive high-end brands and products.

As a premium brand, Porsche Center Rublevsky has a strategic location in the most visible and easily accessible part of the district. Moreover, the location is ideally suited for the direct target group not only for the purchase of new and used cars / motorbikes but also for aftersales services. Therefore, the location represents the ultimate location for a premium car dealer, which is confirmed by the presence of Bentley, Ferrari and Lamborghini dealers in the immediate vicinity.

Project 2

In 2017 the project of Porsche Experience Center construction on the neighboring land plot was worked out. It implies to construct a building on the territory of 10 000 m² that would fully comply with the highest Porsche standards and express the brand’s sporty spirit, the perfection of shape and proportions, using the best technical solutions for the infrastructure.

At the moment the project implementation is on hold. However, there is still high potential in the development of this concept, as the territory allows developing not only Porsche projects, but other brands as well.

The main land plot advantage for development of premium-segment projects is the large area that exeeds 10 000 m² as well as strategically perfect location.

Project 1

In 2016, ASKK Holding GmbH won a tender organized by Mercedes-Benz for the construction of a specialized AMG dealership (to be constructed on the second vacant piece of land) that would have become the first of its kind in the world.

The project was postponed but the prime location of the site still offers great development potential.

The site with a total area of 10 282 m² could accommodate the construction of e.g. an AMG dealership with a GBA of approx. 13 000 m².

Sportcar-Center

ASKK Property is a real estate developer and owner of the second largest Porsche Center in the world.

The Porsche dealership has a gross building area (GBA) of 12 384 m² and a gross lease area (GLA) of 11 487,2 m² and is one of the main Porsche’s global flagship dealers in the world.

The property is located on a total area of 13 361 m², has spacious showrooms located on the first and second floor of the building. The second floor also houses a Porsche café and a cafeteria for employees. High-quality office space is located on the third floor, which also houses a Ducati showroom. The Porsche Center has a spacious underground garage with 94 parking spaces and its own storage areas.

The four-story building is fully leased to Sportcar-Center, the most successful Porsche dealer in Central and Eastern Europe.
